My Name is Dan Waldron and I’ve been working in the customer service industry for 3 years now. I’m always trying to learn more about helping my company (a call center) become the best in the industry in customer service since that’s what we do. As I looked around the internet I could not find a good source for customer service information. I wanted to find a site where I could learn more about customer service everyday. Since I couldn’t find such a site I thought I’d start one. That’s why I made this blog.
Unlike many other blogs I do not personally write the articles. Instead I find good ones that I can post here (with the author’s permission) for others to read. The nice thing about doing this is I actually get read more about my industry
